How u unlock Rosalina in Mario Kart Wii?

Okay, so I'm not living in Europe (or Japan) i live in America but I want to know now. I have a saved file to Super Mario Galaxy, but do I fill it? to tell u the truth I do not want to finish a game simply for a character in mario kart. Otherwise, how do I unblock it? give me a link to a website if possible? thank you!

you need not complete Super Mario Galaxy. You just need a file to save it. To unlock the race just a couple seemingly Grand Prix and it should be unlocked! I hope that helped!
