Doll Figure

it says it nowhere on the doll .. all i know is that i got it around 1998 ... at walmart .... it's one of those small collectible dolls (a little longer than you're hand) .. it has a sad face expression .. it stuffed with plastic head and plastic legs and arms .... has short hair .. and has a floral dress with a matching hat .. does anyone else have on like it .. do you know the brand or what they're are called
My best guess would be Precious Moments. They tend to look depressed, I remember I got a Wizard of Oz "Dorothy" in 1999 for my birthday (the only reason I wish I still had it was because I love that movie) and she was all plastic with a somewhat big head, she had a melancholy expression (or some might say, lack OF expression) and she was kind of small, Precious Moments dolls are also collectible (most, if not all). It should have some type of mark on its body with the production's company's name at least, did you check her clothes? Sometimes the tags tell you what type of doll it is, like the "B" tag on a lot of Barbie clothes.
