Go kart racing, roller bladding, paint balling, miniature golf, zoo = if you two are getting to know each other or if she is adventurous, plus if you two are good sports (you don't want things to get ugly, if you two are competitive)

Day at the park = if you want something romantic and both of you are comfortable doing that.
