Mushroom Adult

I am married to the pickest eater. My husband eats no green veggies whatsoever, he only eats corn. He wont eat salad. Or beans. Or mushrooms. Hardly any condiements whatsoever. He is a big meat and potoatoe man.And he loves pasta's. And he does like rice. But I only have a handful of reciepes. I need some new fresh ideas from other people.
I have reciepes for:
pork and rice
meatloaf
lasagne
fed. alfredo
spagetti
stuffed shells
Pot Roast with Potatoes
And simple things like:
sloppy joes
chili dogs
hamburgers
Do you have any good reciepes or ideas for me?
he is the same as me. I love fried ravioli.
buy frozen raviolis (I prefer the cheese) thaw them.
mix 2 eggs and two teaspoons of milk in a bowl dip the thawed ravioli in it and then dip in italian bread crumbs. place them on wax paper and refriderate for at least thirty minutes.
deep fry till golden brown. Just add some pizza/spaghetti sauce and your done.
