my eyes are always red and watery looking. tips please?

the whites of my eyes always look red and watery and veins always look red. Why is that? I sleep well and drink plenty of water. Could it be some kind of defiencey? I look at other people and They have beautiful bright white eyes. advice?

Red watery eyes can be caused by allergies sometimes. Maybe you should ask your doctor test for allergies.
