Wario Figure

Balcony:
i have mario but i don't know how to get up to the balcony. it looks like if there was a ? block i cud hit i would be able to flout up to it.
Luigi:
i have been trying to get him for mouths and months but i can't figure it out. i have seen the luigi/wario painting but its sealed.
please respond ASAP thx!
Basically, You find him in the Big Boo Haunt Level as Mario, Head into the mansion, up the stairs and into the right most room. Head into the corner and hit the ? block for a power flower. Rise up and land on the ledge above (press R to land) then head through the door Jump through the Luigi painting. You'll have a boss fight as Mario and Luigi, when you win you'll unlock the key for Luigi's door. And to unlock Wario you use the Power Flower in the Mirror as Luigi to go through the mirror into the Wario painting (The Luigi one is a fake) and complete the level. Hope this helps.
